Wolfeboro/Tuftonboro Accountability Canvassing Opportunity!
Do you care about reproductive freedom and believe abortion is healthcare? Do you want
to help educate voters in Wolfeboro and Tuftonboro about how their Representatives in the
State House have sponsored bills and/or taken votes to undermine both?
Then seize the moment this off-election year and sign up to do accountability canvassing
with us this fall!
We are a group of reproductive rights advocates from the Kent Street Coalition’s Abortion
Freedom Project and we’re targeting the worst of the worst in the NH House of
Representatives, one of whom is right here!
We plan to begin canvassing in Wolfeboro and Tuftonboro for House District CA-6.
In accountability canvassing, we will engage voters in a conversation about their views on
reproductive freedom and offer handouts with information about anti-choice bills Rep. Katy
Peternel has sponsored and anti-choice votes she has made, including voting against state
funding for family planning. We will also find out what other issues voters are concerned
about. We will not be asking voters to support a particular candidate.
We will be offering virtual trainings that will provide you with the tools and information
needed to engage in this kind of canvassing.
